Heritage Theatre Troupe Performance
The Nia Center's Heritage Theatre Troupe performed to a full house on Saturday, February 23rd. Featuring a wonderful choir, the theatre troupe reenacted scenes from African American history both past and present.

African American Family Celebration
Thank you for coming out to the library on Saturday, February 16th for the first African American Family Celebration. A fun-filled day of musical and dance performances, spoken word, trivia, and games was enjoyed by all.

Martin Luther King Day of Service
Thank you to the Chester community volunteers and the great group from The Foundry in Wallingford who came out on Martin Luther King Day and painted our Community Room! (and our computer area, and our restrooms, and our lobby...they were everywhere!) Library staff and volunters came together to revitalize the library. Stop by and check out our new, fresh look.
